柯比布萊恩 (Kobe Bryant) 在農曆年時因直升機墜毀離世，消息讓外界一片嘩然，難以接受。除了廣大的粉絲們都傷心到現在以外，柯比的靈魂伴侶凡妮莎布萊恩 (Vanessa Bryant) 也大受打擊。

其實柯比跟凡妮莎先前就有約定過，不會搭同一架飛機，這也是為什麼凡妮莎不在這架失事的直升機上的原因。

凡妮莎在事發當下雖然一度將自己的IG帳號轉為私密帳號，不過在今 (30日) 時她在IG上面發文感謝外界對她們一家的關心，也將大頭貼換成柯比跟13歲女兒吉安娜 (Gianna) 相擁的合照。

根據《ladbible》報導，這張照片是在2016年多倫多全明星賽上面拍攝的，柯比當時胳膊夾著一顆籃球，手裡則是緊緊抱著他的小女孩，相信這張照片一定讓網友們全都紅了眼眶。

凡妮莎也在她的文中提到，曼巴體育基金會將會撥出一筆特別資金，用來協助因為這起意外而受到影響的其他家庭。也歡迎大家到MambaOnThree.org捐款，除此之外也可以到MambaSportsFoundation.org延續柯比跟吉安娜的精神。

My girls and I want to thank the millions of people who’ve shown support and love during this horrific time. Thank you for all the prayers. We definitely need them. We are completely devastated by the sudden loss of my adoring husband, Kobe — the amazing father of our children; and my beautiful, sweet Gianna — a loving, thoughtful, and wonderful daughter, and amazing sister to Natalia, Bianka, and Capri. We are also devastated for the families who lost their loved ones on Sunday, and we share in their grief intimately. There aren’t enough words to describe our pain right now. I take comfort in knowing that Kobe and Gigi both knew that they were so deeply loved. We were so incredibly blessed to have them in our lives. I wish they were here with us forever. They were our beautiful blessings taken from us too soon. I’m not sure what our lives hold beyond today, and it’s impossible to imagine life without them. But we wake up each day, trying to keep pushing because Kobe, and our baby girl, Gigi, are shining on us to light the way. Our love for them is endless — and that’s to say, immeasurable. I just wish I could hug them, kiss them and bless them. Have them here with us, forever. Thank you for sharing your joy, your grief and your support with us. We ask that you grant us the respect and privacy we will need to navigate this new reality.
